I visited one of the attractions when I was in Amsterdam: the Heineken Experience.
I'm not a big fan of beer but if I have to drink beer, I would choose either Heineken or Corona. I don't know but I dislike the taste of beer and also, a beer belly (I know beer lovers all around the world would beg to disagree but nah!!)
I was really fortunate to be placed in a hotel that is walking distance from some of Amsterdam's famous attractions such as the I Amsterdam, the Heineken Experience and of course, the infamous red light district. The Heineken Brewery is about 10 minutes walk from my hotel we took about 1.5hours to finish the whole experience.
The brewing process.
And you get to personalised your own Heineken bottle with just 6 euro!
With the Heineken crew behind the beer counter. We were only allowed 2 pints each but we got more than that in the end! Fancy getting all high and drunk at 7pm -.-
On the Heineken bike, on my way for delivery! :P
We were quite tipsy and high when we finished the tour since we had so much beer! Nonetheless, we still ended our night here.
Paid 40 Euro for a show that we fell asleep halfway through. Braved the cold and harsh winter wind back to the hotel and concluded that.. the Amsterdam red light district was too overrated. The girls there were not what I thought they would be. The show was kind of repetitive and the performers were kinda robotic (but they can't be blamed since the show is a series of 9 different set on repeat mode throughout the night). But still.. it was a wonderful experience and I'm glad I get to experience Amsterdam with some of my friends! :D
Stay tuned for Madurodam, mini Amsterdam! Gdnights xo
