In New York, concrete jungle where dreams are made of, there's nothing you can't do, now you're in New York, these streets will make you feel brand new, big lights will inspire you, lets hear it for New York, New York, New York..
Checked in and rushed for Shake Shack. Their burgers are to die for. But since Im not a beef eater, I settled for portobello mushrooms burger and omg, the mushroom was so thick, so juicy, so yummy, it's really by far the BEST vegetarian burger! And our hotel is just a 5 mins walk away from this outlet so why not.. I mean, we are in New York man!
Craving for one now as I'm posting this picture..
We had a lot of activities planned and we had to rush there since we are trying to complete as much stops as possible. Mind you, we are having a 12 hours differences and we just ended work. By the time we had our lunch in New York, it's about 1am in Singapore? And it's summer in New York now and I got myself very burnt! >: The sun is strong, but it's not hot and humid and there's strong wind constantly so the weather is damn comfortable.
Our first stop.. GRAND CENTRAL TERMINAL (omg omg omg screammmmm!!)
The popular scene in Gossip Girl whereby Serene return back to Manhattan from boarding school. Anyway, the whole terminal is breath taking. It's so romantic and whats not, omg I can people watch whole day there if I have the time.
New York's Magnolia Bakery, which is kinda overrated? It's nice la but damn jelat.
Then we walked down to Bryant Park..
New York's Public Library. It's damn cool because the whole library is a gift from a couple and they built it for the New Yorkers with no obligations.
Yea, they just take off their clothes and began their sun tanning session in the park.
TIME SQUARE! And that's where our new hotel is situated. Shiok or what?!!! It's like literally right smack there, just beside America Outfitters.
The sun sets about 8-9pm since they are having long day time now.

Breakfast at 7am (7pm Singapore time) at Stardust diner!
Very cool one! We were kinda the first group of customers. The servers will sing for us while we eat and all. And some of them are broadway singers!
with my set. They super on okay. And my 蜡笔小新 boss, so kawaii hahaha (he himself called him that okay!) When we were flying to Frankfurt, Taylor Swift was on the flight and I was in the midst of service so I was quite bummed! I said I wanna go suite and take a photo with her, then he said "蜡笔小新 is here, why you don't want to take with me, you want to take with her?" HAHAHA.
Off to the Statue of Liberty since it is open! It was closed for quite a long time due to the damages caused by Superstorm Sandy.
Construction near Ground Zero. They are still reconstructing the whole area.
One World Trade Center, the Freedom Tower
My heart sank a little when I was there. Yes, it had already been more than a decade since 911 happened but still, the atmosphere, the feeling and everything just felt so.. yesterday when I was there. Everyone were just staring at the fountain and the names in silence..
Walked to Wall Street to touch the bull! It was so crowded omg but I managed to touch lah, so huat huat for me please!
Money Money Money! One of my favourite reality show.. The Apprentice!
Tons of handsome looking man in suits and all walking around Wall Street. This is really a different side of New York City man. Everything is very fast paced and very commercialised. And you totally can feel the whole stock market thingy and wall street feel.
Proceeded on to Brooklyn Bridge which is about 10mins walk from Wall Street..
Ended the day at Serendipity 3 Cafe, whereby the famous Serendipity was filmed.
Tried their famous dishes and yes, omg they were soooo GOOOOOD. Tried their frozen hot chocolate as well. Omg, calories overloaded man but it was so worth it.
My lovely girl who accompanied me during the whole 9 days!
Was so so so burnt when I was back in the hotel and I'm now 2 shades darker, I swear *spam whitening lotion everyday

And because New York is too awesome, we even went to Grand Central Park early in the morning before checking out! Talked about #yolo, we ended up so shagged when we are back in Frankfurt haha.
The famous Bow Bridge!!! It has been featured in so so so many films. Anyway, this is the second oldest bridge in New York and also, the whole Central Park has been featured in more than 200 films till date. Whoa!
Because I'm happy and happiness is the truth.
Haven't been so so so happy for a long long time and happiness is now.
