Paris is always a good idea. Stepping into this City of Love for the first time is so magical. Every corner is so picturesque.
I am in love with this city even before I set foot into it and being able to experience Paris itself, the feeling is really beyond words. Despite the mediocre food and some would say, the bad or none Parisians' hospitality (Well, for me, my encounters with the Parisians were fairly good and I love them!), Paris is really a beautiful place for me.
With my batch girl, Patricia, Bew and Cheryl at the metro outside our hotel.
M8 - Saint-Debastien Froissart. The metro is very easy to use and convenient!
Our first stop: The Louvre
"the best known, the most visited, the most written about, the most sung about, the most parodied work of art in the world" - the Mona Lisa, checked.
Pardon my big face here. The picture was very small and we have to keep a distance from the painting. Everyone is crowded around that small area just so to take a picture with Mona Lisa. Plus, it was near closing time and the security was chasing us out D:
Secretly snapped a picture of this statue. Not really sure of it's history but this statue has a security guarding it and no photography is allowed. Oh well..
Wished we had a little more time to explore Musee Du Louvre and be lost and immersed in their rich history and stories. Only managed to walk through the galleries to find the picture of Mona Lisa. After which it is closing time. Musee Du Louvre is free till end of April and every first Sunday of the month starting from May onwards. I will definitely be back to spend a full day in this lovely place!
Went for dinner and sun to set so we can explore the most awaited attraction of the whole trip..
EIFFEL TOWER <3
Breathtaking.

Went out early in the day as it was forecasted to rain in the afternoon. Been wanting to go to this place for the longest longest longest time.. 31 Rue Cambon, the first Coco Chanel store in the world and the one and only white Chanel paper bag.
Exited 31 Rue Cambon a happier girl <3
Oh and we managed to get a glimpse of fashion icon and Vogue editor, Anna Wintour! She is gorgeous and if y'all don't know, the movie Devil Wears Prada is a fictional account of her in Vogue! Imagined our silly faces going all gaga when we saw her walked past us.
Lost our way but we managed to chance upon Laduree! Lucky star is on our side!
Oh you pretty little things~
Cause I don't know which is better since both Laduree and Pierre Herme are the most popular macarons in the world, I lugged them all for the loved ones back at home to try!
Us with our shopping bags.
And my buys of this trip...
♡♡♡
Dear Paris,You stole my heart and I promise I will be back once again. There is no place in the world like you. So polished, so high fashioned and so irresistible. Without a doubt, my most favourite city in the world despite the short 48 hours. You are one place I will not get sick of and I longed to indulge in your Parisian air over and over again. xoxo
