HAPPY BIRTHDAY JASELLE. So much love for this honey whom I bitch, gossip and spend most of my time talking to. I'm so grateful I get to know you through our work. You are such a gem and I wish you more wealth, health and happiness my dear! <3

So since Jaselle is having her annual leave, her bff (aka me lol), sacrificed a little and rushed home straight from a 6am Shanghai flight and dashed to Harbour Front at 8am to meet her for our impromptu trip to Batam. Obviously I couldn't make it since well, my flight was delayed and there was a jam since it's a weekday (Reminded me why I hate ground job and office hours :/ )

Took the next ferry over and started our tour!

Went for seafood lunch after this and.. both of us fell into food coma, literally.

After lunch were the highlights of the tour since it was outlet shopping and go cart but both of us were so tired (I didn't sleep at all since I came straight from flight and Jaselle only napped 1 hour cos she was spending quality time with her dog lol) we fell asleep for a good 1.5 hours.

We only managed to wake ourselves up when the tour guide said we were going to the durian plantation next. Hahaha, our love for durians...

I think my photography skill not bad. Haha, so while everyone was busy eating durians, both of us were busy taking pictures of one another. Indeed an experience whereby we can just eat the durians and throw them anywhere we like. 

My eyes were hurting so badly, probably due to the lack of sleep and the whole area was quite humid and dry, it was really very painful and I'm tearing so I have to change to specs. Oh! Not to mention, we brought so much stuff it's as thou we are migrating to Batam -.-

Shopped around and did our nails before going back to the hotel. Omg, the hotel was huge and grand man. Love it! Chilled a little before cabbing over to Megamall for A&W!

We were super spoilt. We spent about 40k rupiah on the cab so its about 80k to and fro. And our food were only about 60k rupiah in total? I mean yes, we could have walk but we shouldn't right? I mean it's at night and we are not familiar.. it could be dangerous! *finding excuses and making ourselves feel better* Hahaha.

So yea. Ended our night with more gossiping and some of the stuff our friends are going through. Apparently her bff is in the same situation as one of my bff. Omg, tell me what are the chances man. 

Were a little ambitious and wanted to go for breakfast buffet. Obviously we didn't and we both woke up one hour before check out and went for A&W again! And we missed our bus to the ferry terminal -.- Hahaha! But at least we are home now!

Love how impromptu we were with this trip and how enjoyable and chillax the whole 2D1N were. Hope you enjoyed your birthday celebration and our little mini gateway (beside our first Paris together). Now, lets just pray I am able to change over to your 7 days Copenhagen! xx
